Qualifications

• Extensive experience in opto‑mechanical engineering of medical devices.
• Proficiency with CREO or SolidWorks in Windchill PLM environments.
• Strong knowledge of imaging systems and ophthalmic diagnostic/visualization devices.
• Familiarity with FEA (ANSYS) and tools like MATLAB/LabVIEW.
• Understanding of 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485 design controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple optical engineering projects from design through validation and optimization.
• Ensure designs meet high-precision and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop cutting‑edge optical solutions.
• Document design control activities and support V&V and risk assessments.
