Responsibilities

• Define, optimize, and stabilize optical fabrication processes with cross‑functional teams.
• Serve as subject matter expert for optical metrology, assembly, fabrication, or turning.
• Execute experiments, DOEs, and capability studies; implement throughput and quality improvements.
• Drive yield and cycle time reduction through continuous improvement.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for defects and variability.
• Lead prototype builds and process qualifications for new programs.
