Job summary

Luxshare-Tech is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Software Testing) in Milpitas, CA. You will design comprehensive test plans for optical and electrical modules and lead a testing team to validate external line series products like AEC, ACC, and Loopback modules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field and 3+ years of hands-on testing experience in the optical module industry, with strong communication and organizational skills to implement SOPs and customer-aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on testing experience in optical module industry or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies for optical/electrical modules.
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead testing teams.
• Strong organizational skills to execute structured testing processes and align with customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design test plans for optical and electrical modules, including reliability and functional testing.
• Lead and guide the testing team in validation tasks for external line series products such as AEC, ACC, and Loopback modules.
• Develop detailed product testing schedules and improve SOPs within the testing team.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to align testing methods, plans, and standards.
