Responsibilities

Provide clinical support and oversight for ophthalmic technicians in the clinic.
Train new technicians on procedures, EMR documentation, and patient interaction.
Monitor inventory, including medications and diagnostic supplies, and manage par levels.
Track injectable medications and ensure proper storage and handling.
Coordinate scheduling and triage urgent appointments; communicate follow-ups.
