Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency is required.
• 1+ year’s Lead Operator experience in manufacturing or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• MRP/ERP experience preferred.
• 3+ years of clean room experience.
• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain documentation.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in medical device or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and troubleshoot production line machinery and assemblies.
• Follow documented work instructions and monitor materials.
• Ensure accurate packaging and traceability.
• Load/unload items from machines and carts.
• Read and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Uphold safety, quality, GMPs, and SOPs.
• Identify quality defects and report defects.
