Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking a Lead Operator for the Bellevue, OH location. You will lead a team of operators, ensure safe operations, and provide guidance by example. Night shift runs 4:45pm–5:00am on a 12-hour rotating schedule, including holidays and weekends.

You will follow production and loading schedules, supervise crew, and manage safety documentation such as JHAs and work permits. Strong communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules and policies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

A Day in the Life:

Bunge is looking for a Lead Operator for our Bellevue, OH location. This position is responsible for leading a team of operators in a safe manner and providing guidance and a good example for all employees.

Night shift: 4:45pm - 5:00am, 12-hour rotating schedule, including holidays and weekends

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work in a safe manner, follow all safety rules and procedures, and provide safety guidance and a good safety example to all employees
• Provide safety training or toolbox talks, as needed
• Follow a production and loading schedule
• Ability to operate and knowledge of all departmental jobs and processes
• Perform assigned sanitation to keep the building clean
• Cover for other employees on crew who are absent or on vacation
• Fill in as the crew supervisor as needed and give direction to employees
• Write and e-mail daily shift notes to department personnel and managers
• Assist with JHA's, work permits, standard work procedures and other paperwork needed in the departments
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules and policies
• Good verbal and written communication skills
