The role focuses on developing engineered labor standards for the LMS, leading work measurement studies, and guiding distribution process improvements to boost productivity and service levels. You will train employees on best methods, monitor data integrity in the LMS, and collaborate with management to implement cost-effective changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or better
  • Experience with labor standards and MOST or MSD preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50% year-round
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership and project management capabilities
  • Ability to schedule tasks and handle projects independently

Responsibilities

  • Develop engineered labor standards for LMS and review methods
  • Lead work measurement studies in warehouses and implement improvements
  • Maintain labor standards maps and data in the LMS
  • Train associates on preferred methods and ensure compliance with standards
  • Develop and track metrics to measure process improvements and ROI
  • Lead cross-functional project initiatives and coordinate with CI manager
