Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the rest of the team.
• Manage operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and customer delivery promises.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized workspace.
• Provide ongoing training in system and equipment knowledge and quality training.
• Collaborate with associates and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Receive truck deliveries and manage product workflow including stocking and replenishment.
• Assist with onboarding of new associates and participate in continuous improvement of customer experience.
