Job summary

Mobius Renewables in Columbia, SC seeks a Renewable Gas Field Service Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot renewable gas systems across multiple facilities. You will lead on-site maintenance, monitor equipment performance, collect samples for quality testing, and document daily and monthly trends to improve efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience with industrial equipment.
• 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Valid U.S. work authorization.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor renewable gas facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform repairs or replacements.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Maintain instrumentation and control equipment records.
• Serve as lead on-site technician, coordinating activities.
• Record operational data and produce routine reports.
• Collect samples for quality testing and ensure compliance records.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment across facilities.
• Assist with process control improvements to boost efficiency.
• Respond to urgent issues to ensure safety and system integrity.
• Take on additional duties and projects as assigned.
