Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise daily facility operations at our Downtown Nashville location. You will delegate tasks, guide staff, and ensure cleaning standards are met when the Manager is unavailable. The role includes operating cleaning equipment and handling chemicals while supporting general janitorial duties.

The position runs Monday–Friday with two shifts and regular contact with dogs on-site. ABM emphasizes a veteran-friendly environment and comprehensive benefits.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Location: Downtown Nashville
Shifts:
Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm
Monday-Friday 6pm-2:30am
