Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active Georgia OT license required.
• Two years of SNF rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive work team and problem-solving.
• Supports activities by Rehabilitation Services.
• Provides supervision of OTAs per Georgia board rules.
• Collaborates with Rehabilitation Director for clinical case management.
• Promotes the image and reputation of the System through servant leadership.
