Join our growing team on Maui. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist Clinical Lead to mentor our team on the island of Maui, Hawai‘i. If you're looking to make a lasting impact while enjoying the Maui lifestyle, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate children of all ages and abilities, develop individualized plans of care, and provide effective treatment to progress toward goals while educating and supporting families.
  • Train, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to occupational therapy staff.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to deliver the best patient care.
  • Foster an environment that promotes communication, positivity, and accountability.
  • Assist in developing and refining therapy programs, activities, and resources tailored to pediatric patients.
  • Assist families in obtaining medically necessary durable medical equipment.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in community outreach, marketing, and events.
  • Support the team and clinic to fulfill the organization’s vision and help more children.
  • Timely and accurate documentation.

Requirements
  • Pediatric therapy experience (3 years preferred for this position).
  • OT/PT degree with active license in the United States (licensing in Hawaii required).
  • Live on the island or willing to relocate to Maui from within the U.S.
