Job summary

Northbridge Communities is seeking a Wellness Nurse RN/LPN for our assisted living community in North Dartmouth, MA. You will lead the wellness team, assess residents, manage care plans, administer medications, and maintain accurate records to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, communicate with residents' families, advocate for residents' rights, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with senior care practices.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid and active RN or LPN license.

Wellness Nurse RN/LPN Job Summary

As a Lead Wellness Nurse, your role is crucial in caring for residents in our assisted living community. You will aid in providing leadership to the care team.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

  • Have prior leadership experience
