Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Lead Nurse Practitioner (APRN or PMHNP) to provide medical and administrative direction across inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. The role emphasizes diagnostic assessments, medication management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires an active APRN/PMHNP license, 1+ year of leadership, 2+ years of provider experience, and knowledge of EMR systems like KIPU. Competitive annual compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with specialty from an accredited program.
• Current, unencumbered APRN/PMHNP license with prescriptive privileges.
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred.
• 2+ years of provider experience; inpatient residential experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical and administrative direction to staff in various treatment settings.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and medication evaluation/management.
• Order and interpret lab tests to guide prescription management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team for patient care.
• Document patient care and treatment plans promptly.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ensure compliance with licensure.
