Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Job Summary:

• The successful candidate will support the Director, Nuclear Engineering Consulting, Project Manager, and the Materials Engineering Laboratory Manager, acting as the project lead for both large and small projects.
• The candidate must be a self-starter and decision-maker.
• Responsibilities include defining project goals, establishing success paths, and addressing problems with solutions to achieve objectives, reporting to the Director.

Requirements:

• Project management experience on medium-sized projects with 5 or more engineers.
• BS Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Advanced MS or MBA is a plus.
• PE License.
• Stress analyst familiar with Finite Element Analysis.
• Experience with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel code, pressure vessels, and piping.
• Direct utility experience, including systems training, BWR or PWR.
• Ability to travel and provide site outage support.
• Excellent communication skills with team members and clients.
• Personable, with experience working in a small office environment.
• Understanding of component failure analysis, materials, and metallurgical methods.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
