Job summary

Discover International in Seattle is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead PET radiopharmaceutical production and operations at a state-of-the-art facility in Seattle, WA. You will oversee manufacturing, quality control, and distribution in compliance with cGMP, FDA, NRC and pharmacy regulations.

Licensed pharmacists with leadership experience are encouraged to apply; full training is provided to build nuclear pharmacy capabilities and ensure patient safety with a skilled cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Prior management, supervisory, or leadership experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to precision and compliance.
• Interest in learning and leading within the nuclear pharmacy field (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily PET radiopharmaceutical production, quality control, and distribution in compliance with cGMP, FDA, NRC, and pharmacy regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and support a skilled pharmacy team to ensure safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and documentation to maintain efficient and compliant operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, regulatory, and technical teams to uphold the highest standards of aseptic manufacturing and patient safety.
