Intermedia Group Inc. in Tarzana, California seeks a Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist specialized in Cardiology. You will oversee imaging procedures, supervise junior staff, and contribute to clinical workflow with advanced imaging expertise.

The role includes leadership in quality control and ALARA safety, ensuring precise diagnostics. The position requires certification in nuclear medicine, CNMT or NMTB, and 4 years in a cardiology-focused technologist role within a hospital or imaging

Competenze

Graduate of an accredited program in nuclear medicine.
California Nuclear Medicine Certification required at hire.
CNMT or NMTB certification at hire.
Within 30 days of hire: BLS - American Heart Association.
4 years of cardiology-focused technologist experience in hospital or imaging center.
Experience in hospital/healthcare environment.

Mansioni

Administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
Acquire and process images using gamma cameras, PET, SPECT, and hybrid systems.
Calculate and record radiation dosages and maintain logs.
Perform quality control on imaging equipment and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure radiation safety following ALARA principles.
Supervise and train junior technologists or students.
Collaborate with physicians to support accurate diagnosis and therapeutic planning.
