Job summary

Steinberg Diagnostics is seeking a Chief Technologist to oversee all radiology modality activities across our facilities. This leadership role ensures adherence to policies, directions, and patient care standards while guiding staff to deliver high-quality imaging services.

You will coordinate accreditation efforts (ACR, MQSA), supervise technologists, ensure certifications are up to date (ARRT/NMTCB), and maintain safety and efficiency in imaging procedures, patient communication, and data

Qualifications

• Registered technologist with ARRT and/or NMTCB required.
• Experience supervising radiology staff preferred.
• Knowledge of ACR accreditation and MQSA/standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee modality operations across all facilities and enforce policies.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Manage employee performance and training within the department.
• Maintain patient and physician satisfaction by addressing concerns.
