Job summary

Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, RI seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife to join the Perinatal Equity Program as lead clinician on the Community Mobile Health Van, serving postpartum patients in the community. The role involves coordinating obstetric and maternal-fetal care within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates are board-certified APRN/CNM with RI CSR and DEA license or eligibility; 2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife program.
• Board Certified.
• Active Rhode Island APRN/CNM CSR, and DEA license or eligible.
• 2 years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical complications of pregnant patients and postpartum care.
• Triaging care to either ED or physician’s office.
• Collaborate with specialty providers.
• Lead clinician on the Community Mobile Health Van serving postpartum patients in the Providence area.
