• Experience as a laboratory technician or manager in research settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day laboratory operations, serving as a central point of contact for shared laboratory needs and working closely with the PI, senior scientists, research staff, students, and collaborators.
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and well‑functioning laboratory environment by overseeing shared spaces, equipment, supplies, reagents, consumables, common stocks, and laboratory repositories.
• Manage inventory and ordering processes; anticipate laboratory needs, track critical supplies, coordinate purchasing, and address operational issues before they disrupt research.
• Oversee shared equipment readiness, routine maintenance, service coordination, scheduling, documentation, and troubleshooting or escalation of equipment issues.
• Maintain and improve operational systems, including shared logs, SOPs, quality
