An established industry player is seeking a Lead Endovascular Radiologic Technologist to oversee and guide a team in the Endovascular Laboratory. This pivotal role involves ensuring exceptional patient care, leading quality assurance initiatives, and mentoring staff to enhance their skills. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lead Endovascular Radiologic Technologist functions as the lead person for Radiologic Technologists in the Endovascular Laboratory, generally for an assigned shift. In this capacity, performs lead job duties and/or regularly leads projects or performs specialized responsibilities as a regular part of normal job responsibilities. Serves as the liaison between management, staff, vendors, and physicians for routine matters as the primary point of contact for resolving questions and issues for Technologist jobs as well as support staff, resulting in the delivery of exceptional patient care and adherence to standards of practice for optimal patient safety, quality outcomes, and customer service. This job requires availability to be on call. Routinely works weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, overtime, and/or on an on-call/call-back status, when needed. Responsible for maintaining department compliance with TDSHS and TJC guidelines.
