Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Network Engineer T4 to support KITS and our government client in Washington, DC. This role requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

The position dives deep into enterprise LAN/WAN, routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security fabric, with responsibilities spanning 24x7 NOC support, ITIL-aligned change management, and cross-domain incident resolution in a Federal/private sector environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• Experience in Federal or private-sector enterprise environments of comparable scale and security.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 4 network engineering support across enterprise LAN/WAN, routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security fabric.
• Diagnose and resolve complex cross-domain network incidents without escalation.
• Execute enterprise network changes per ITIL 4 change management.
• Support planning and execution of complex network projects and integrations.
• Contribute to 24x7 NOC operations through on-call availability and escalation procedures.
