Job summary

Amentum/Secure Networking Solutions is seeking a Network Architect / Team Lead to design, build, secure, and modernize complex enterprise networks. Lead a team of network engineers and administrators, providing hands-on direction across LAN, WAN, and cloud infrastructure.

Integrate firewalls, encryption, and Zero Trust principles into network designs and guide changes from Layer 2 CVPN transport to Layer 3 business-class internet transport.

Qualifications

• Design and build LAN, WAN, and cloud network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Firepower FTD and ASA.
• Experience implementing encryption and Zero Trust architectures.
• Leads technical teams through design reviews and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop network architecture and implementation plans.
• Lead engineers through design reviews and operations.
• Design, deploy, and integrate firewall technologies.
• Plan transitions from Layer 2 CVPN to Layer 3 internet transport.
