Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Lead Network Engineer, Centrix, to join our team in Doral, FL. You will provide technical leadership, design and maintain CENTRIXS network infrastructure, and oversee cross-domain coalition networks with a focus on security and performance.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in a related field with 7+ years of experience or equivalent combinations, strong protocols knowledge (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP), and a current top-secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, CS, IT, or related field with 7+ years of enterprise network experience.
• Or a master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Or an associate’s degree with 9+ years of experience.
• Or a HS diploma with 11+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff and help desk technicians.
• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure supporting CENTRIXS CFS/C capabilities.
• Manage enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, network crypto devices, and cross-domain coalition architectures.
• Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, coalition data flows, and hardware connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coalition partners, and leadership for secure multinational interoperability.
• Conduct routine maintenance, firmware upgrades, and vulnerability patching.
• Maintain baselines and documentation across CENTRIXS network nodes.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance network performance and security.
