We are currently seeking a Lead .NET / WPE Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Description

We are looking for a senior-level engineer who can provide hands-on development and technical leadership, with a strong background in:

• C# and .NET/.NET Core
• WPF desktop application development, including MVVM, data binding, and UI architecture
• Enterprise-scale application design and development
• MongoDB
• REST APIs and integration patterns
• CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Application modernization and technical debt reduction
• Technical leadership, including design discussions, code reviews, and mentoring
• Experience with Azure, SQL Server, enterprise document management/workflow applications, and AI-assisted development tools is also desirable.

The resource should be able to work collaboratively with architects, product owners, infrastructure, QA, SRE, and application support teams while remaining hands-on with engineering and delivery.

Compensation

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($60.00 - $70.00/Hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
