Job summary

ThyssenKrupp Materials NA, Inc. seeks a Lead Software Developer (.NET) & Head of the U.S. Office to build the U.S. IoT team in Kenosha, WI. You will drive software delivery, engage customers, and shape architecture for MES solutions, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with the Germany-based IoT group.

The role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, including delivering customer implementations and local office leadership in a growing US operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development with .NET/C#.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead developer for IoT and MES software with a focus on .NET and C#.
• Design, develop, and extend software to meet customer requirements and ensure scalable, secure architecture.
• Lead U.S. office setup in Kenosha, recruit and mentor developers, and engage customers.
