Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead .NET Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Wroclaw, driving modernization and scalability for asset management reporting platforms.

You will convert high level business requirements into scalable IT solutions, collaborate within an agile global program, and ensure timely client and regulatory reports. Office presence is required at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on .NET development.
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Terraform IaC and GitLab CI/CD experience.
• Azure cloud experience and cloud-native solutions.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.

Our team delivers timely and accurate reports to clients, tracks transactions, and provides reporting to global regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization and scalability initiatives for client, transaction, and regulatory reporting platforms in Asset Management technology.
• Deliver high‑quality solutions that meet business needs while complying with industry standards.
• Elevate automation of manual processes to new levels.
• Work collaboratively within an agile team and across a global agile organization.
• Convert high‑level business requirements into technical specifications that address reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Guarantee accurate and timely delivery of client reports, transaction reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Work from the client’s office at least three days per week.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands‑on .NET application development experience.
• Proficiency with SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
• Background working with Microsoft Azure and cloud‑native solutions.
• Proven ability to translate high‑level business requirements into IT specifications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in software engineering or a related field.
• Banking or financial services experience highly preferred.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Angular or React.
