Job summary

Frenchies Modern Nail Care in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Lead Nail Technician to provide premium manicure and pedicure services while guiding and mentoring the team.

This full-time position offers $16–$18 per hour base pay, 100% tips, and bonus/commission potential. You will train new technicians, uphold cleanliness and guest experience, and help grow the salon’s strong reputation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed NC manicurist or cosmetologist.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Able to work full-time day/evening and at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent manicure and pedicure services to guests.
• Training new Nail Technicians.
• Assisting in the continued education of the team.
• Assist the team in maintaining the cleanliness of the salon.
