Synechron seeks a Senior Product Owner focused on Municipal Bonds to maximize value across the primary issuance lifecycle. You will define the product vision, drive the roadmap for Munis issuance, pricing, allocation, and settlement, and collaborate with front office, syndicate desks, operations, and technology in a scaled Agile model.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure audit-ready, scalable solutions, partner with stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end improvements across

Qualifications

• Understanding of Municipal bond issuance lifecycle (competitive & negotiated deals).
• Experience with front-office (syndicate/trading desks) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Responsabilités

• Develop deep expertise in Munis deal lifecycle (issuance, syndication, pricing, allocations, settlement).
• Define and execute product vision and roadmap for Munis platforms (Deal Central / issuance platforms).
• Lead 1–3 cross-functional Agile teams delivering value.
• Own and prioritize backlog with regulatory and platform modernization priorities.
• Drive data integrity and automation in Munis workflows.
