Job summary

SEH in Saint Cloud, Minnesota is seeking a Project Manager to oversee various civil engineering projects. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a license as a Professional Engineer in Minnesota.

You will manage design and construction phases, maintain client relationships, and mentor engineering staff. The position offers comprehensive benefits in a supportive, employee-owned culture.

Base compensation ranges from $110,000 to $135,000 depending on experience. All candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Established relationships with municipal clients in Minnesota.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to prepare project approaches and scopes.
• Experience attending and presenting at municipal/public meetings.

• Maintaining close relationships with clients throughout projects.
