Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up residential projects from preconstruction through completion. The focus is on garden-style and podium multifamily developments, delivering on schedule, budget, and quality.

You will coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, manage plans, RFIs, submittals, and change management, and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of multifamily construction experience.
  • Proven experience with ground-up garden-style and/or podium multifamily projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
  • Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, change orders, procurement, and project schedules.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change management.
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve project issues.
  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project turnover.
