Job summary

American Capital Group in Bellevue, Washington, is seeking a licensed architect with 7+ years of experience in architectural design and 3+ years in large-scale multifamily projects. The role is on-site at our corporate office, with a flexible schedule and a strong emphasis on collaboration and accuracy.

You will produce construction documents using Revit and BIM, lead design efforts, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture is required.
• Licensed architect in at least one state with reciprocity support to Washington.
• Minimum 7+ years in architectural design, with 3+ years in large-scale multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and multifamily standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality construction documents using Revit and BIM.
• Lead design efforts with oversight and coordinate with senior architects.
• Address zoning and code issues and provide clear reports.
• Coordinate site plans and ensure compliance with jurisdiction standards.
• Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders as needed.
