Job summary

Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management seeks a senior-level analyst on the Lead Portfolio Management team in MAS. The role focuses on designing multi-asset portfolios for North American pensions and not-for-profit clients, with emphasis on asset allocation, liability matching, and client communications.

You will review investments with a dedicated manager research team, prepare materials for clients and Investment Committee, and support bespoke research requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of institutional investment or pension experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for bespoke data analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support design and communication of multi-asset whole-of-wallet portfolios.
• Develop bespoke strategic asset allocations and review results with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with manager research team on investments and vehicles.
• Prepare client presentations, Investment Committee materials, and RFPs.
• Deliver accurate analysis under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
