Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced MTS specialist to lead development and production support for the ACI Money Transfer System on a mainframe.

The role combines hands-on COBOL VI, Unix/Linux/AIX, and from-scratch problem solving in a payments environment. You will configure and troubleshoot MTS components, analyze requirements, and translate them into robust technical solutions while supporting migrations and upgrades across payments processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with ACI MTS and payments systems.
• Proficient COBOL VI on mainframe environments.
• Strong Unix/Linux/AIX skills and shell/commands.
• Knowledge of JCL and VSAM on IBM mainframes.
• Experience with Oracle, IBM MQ and ACI/ENTIA databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead MTS development and support for enhancements, migrations, and upgrades.
• Configure and troubleshoot MTS components (queues, processes, DB, etc.).
• Analyze requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Perform issue investigation and production support.
