Job summary

Bon Secours in Virginia is seeking a Lead MRI Technologist to oversee MRI department operations at Maryview Medical Center. The Lead Tech performs MRI procedures and leads the technical staff in collaboration with radiologists.

Candidates must have ARRT MRI Registry or ARMRIT, state licensure preferred, and BLS. Requires 1 year of hospital MRI experience; EPIC/PACS experience is a plus. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of MRI department experience in a hospital setting (required)
• ARRT MRI Registry or ARMRIT certification (required)
• BLS certification (required at hire for certain locations)
• State licensure preferred unless required by state
• Advanced MRI Registry (MR) certification (required)

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily activities of MRI personnel in the department
• Perform MRI procedures and adjust protocols with Radiologists
• Supervise MRI Technologists and evaluate staff performance
• Manage staffing and call schedules
• Ensure safety and quality in imaging and patient care
