Job summary

HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is seeking a Lead MRI Technologist to oversee diagnostic imaging practices, ensure efficient patient flow, and maintain high safety and quality standards. The role requires initiative, sound judgment, and strong rapport with staff and medical teams.

Qualified candidates will have BLS certification within 30 days, RT/Radiologic Technologist credentials, and ARRT-MR certification.

Job Summary and Qualifications

This position shows sound knowledge and proficiency in the use of Diagnostic Imaging Techniques to best demonstrate patient disorders. Prioritizes and organizes patient flow to ensure best utilization of time. Is given general guidance and is expected to function with initiative and sound judgement to provide quality services. Demonstrates effective safety practices. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and Medical Staff. Demonstrates competence when performing other related or licensed functions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer

• (ARRT-MR) Magnetic Resonance Imaging

• Vocational School Graduate
