Job summary

All My Sons Moving & Storage is seeking dependable team members in Pennsylvania to drive and move furniture for residential customers.

We offer weekly pay, bonus potential, and tips eligibility with long-term opportunities. Must be 21+, have a valid license with 3+ years of driving, and pass a background check. Training provided; benefits after eligibility windows apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment used when appropriate.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate new 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed.
• Safely move furniture and household goods — moving is the core responsibility of this role.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job.
• Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments.
• Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management.

Requirements

Pay & Earnings

• Earn $20–$30+/hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience)
• Daily tips can average $20–$150+
