Job summary

All My Sons Moving & Storage is hiring in the Little Rock area to move furniture and household goods, drive 26-ft box trucks, and deliver excellent customer service. Roles offer a strong earning potential with tips and performance bonuses, plus weekly pay and opportunities for long-term growth.

Open positions include full-time and part-time shifts; no prior relocation experience is required, but reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly; team lifting and moving equipment used.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate new 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed.
• Safely move furniture and household goods; moving is the core responsibility.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job.
• Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments.
• Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management.

Pay & Earnings

• Earn $20–$30+/hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience)
• Daily tips can average $20–$150+
• Monthly performance bonuses for top performers
