Job summary

All My Sons Moving & Storage in Hoover, AL is seeking dependable team members with strong earning potential. Pay ranges from $20 to $30+ per hour, with tips and bonuses, and weekly pay. Daily tips may reach $20–$150+, and monthly performance bonuses are offered.

You will drive, load, and move furniture with a professional moving team, using 26-ft box trucks and tablets for paperwork. Safety and customer service are top priorities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate new 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed.
• Safely move furniture and household goods - moving is the core responsibility of this role.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job.
• Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments.
• Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management.
