Job summary

Corovan Corporation is seeking a Supervisor I to oversee small and medium sized move and install crews for commercial projects. The role involves manual labor, furniture installation, and coordinating with Project/Account Managers. You will ensure customer satisfaction and protect goods during moves.

Responsibilities include daily assignments, supervising crews, loading/unloading, and ensuring safety. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential for success in this on-site

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; experience may substitute.
• Two years of warehouse/moving experience preferred.
• Must have valid California driver’s license.
• Certified forklift operator certificate required.
• Knowledge of office furniture installation and moving concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work assignments and supervise crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist drivers, load/unload trucks, and move furniture and equipment.
• Maintain safety and quality by training crews and enforcing procedures.
• Complete paperwork accurately and submit daily reports and inventories.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with clients and teams.
