Job summary

Stanley Reid is assisting a client in Annapolis Junction, MD with a high-priority Secure the Enterprise initiative. You will modernize security evaluation by shifting from manual processes to automated, continuous monitoring, providing database design, retrieval and data flow analysis.

Your role leads the development of database structures and parser software, supporting Python-based REST endpoints and microservices to manage data models and deliver JSON to UI front ends.

Qualifications

• Experience with MongoDB deployment, management, scaling.
• Backend development with Python, Django or Flask and REST endpoints.
• Familiarity with microservices, Swagger, and Docker.
• Data handling with MariaDB, PostgreSQL, JSON/XML serialization.
• Experience in AWS/C2S environments and Agile with Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities
