Job summary

California Franchise Tax Board seeks an Installation Specialist to lead and coordinate staff on modular furniture projects, review CAD plans, and ensure smooth project delivery. The role emphasizes ergonomic workstation modifications and CalCTRA/Hayworth systems expertise.

The incumbent will monitor inventory databases, provide guidance to analysts, and support relocation activities within the Sacramento area. This is a 12-month limited-term, in-office position with potential extension.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead responsibilities and oversight coordination of staff performing construction for major Facilities modular workstation projects.
• Review Facilities Auto-CAD space plan diagrams and provide guidance to Facility analyst to ensure coordination of all project needs and possible solutions.
• Provide backup support for the modular furniture inventory database activities.
