Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Tampa, FL seeks a Model Validation 2nd LOD Lead Analyst to support the Model Risk Management framework and governance processes.

You will develop executive-level materials that clearly communicate model risk findings to senior management and decisions. You will coordinate model and AI non-model inventory reviews and retirement efforts, ensuring compliance with policy while engaging stakeholders across Citi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in risk analysis and modeling.
• Experience with end-to-end governance workflows and model/AI inventories.

Responsibilities

• Support the Model Risk Management framework and governance processes.
• Develop and present executive-level materials on model risk findings.
• Coordinate model and AI non-model inventory reviews and retirements.
