Workshop Venture Partners is looking for a Lead Mobile Developer to own and scale a React Native application designed for ranchers. This high-impact role involves integrating geospatial data and connected hardware to enhance livestock management.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in production mobile apps and be comfortable with iOS and Android debugging. The position comes with a competitive benefits package including equity, health insurance, and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production mobile applications, strong experience in typescript React Native apps.
• Shipped and maintained apps on both the App Store and Play Store.
• Experience driving design & product-level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, build and scale our React Native / Expo app from an early stage.
• Own the mapping and geolocation experience ranchers use to manage cattle.
• Integrate with our wearable hardware (BLE/NFC).
