Qualifications

• Senior-level experience with a track record of models with demonstrable impact.
• PhD or Master's degree in computer science, ML, statistics or related quantitative field.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Published research or open-source contributions or equivalent public evidence of original work.
• Experience in financial sector and modeling alpha or P&L improvements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and improve machine learning models as part of a small, technical team, judged by P&L impact.
• Use statistics, ML, deep learning, and NLP to extract patterns from datasets through rigorous research.
• Lead or collaborate with a team from concept to tested model.
• Test ideas quickly with real feedback; fast iteration is essential.
• Work with petabyte-scale proprietary data within the firm.
