We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Technician to assume a leadership role as a Lead Mitigation Technician/Supervisor. This position will be essential in guiding others to ensure that our projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising technicians on various projects.
• Coordinating and overseeing property damage claims, ensuring timely and effective mitigation.
• Ensuring that safety procedures are strictly followed and that the work environment is set up correctly.
• Providing hands-on assistance with protecting damaged areas, removing water, cleaning buildings, and general demolition and clean-up tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the restoration industry (with mold remediation a plus).
• IICRC certifications in WRT and ASD or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Ability to motivate and lead personnel.
• High School Diploma.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening test.
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotations and work nonstandard hours for emergencies.
