Job summary

Accentuin, LLC. seeks a Lead Technician for on-site water mitigation. The role reports to the Water Mitigation Project Manager and participates in daily morning meetings to plan the schedule.

You will execute all items on daily work orders, direct laborers, and ensure proper documentation of hours for pay. Stock the vehicle with supplies, maintain a safe and clean job site per OSHA, and be prepared for 48+ hour weeks with on-call rotation during disasters.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, and time management required.
• Experience with insurance claim procedures a plus.
• IICRC restoration certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily morning meeting to set daily schedule.
• Execute items on daily work orders.
• Direct laborers and track hours for payment.
• Notify Superintendent when tasks are complete for payment processing.
• Stock vehicles with supplies for daily tasks.
• Maintain neat, safe job site per OSHA requirements.
• May work 48+ hours per week; on-call rotation during catastrophes.
