Job summary

Concepts in Millwork is seeking a Millwork Engineering Lead to head the engineering team, optimize workflows, and ensure project success. You will develop policies, maintain drawing standards, and coordinate with Project Management, Production, and Sales.

You will read architectural documents, identify scope requirements, and ensure accurate shop drawings using Microvellum Toolbox Standard or cabinet software. Leadership and deep millwork drafting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in millwork and casework drafting.
• 5+ years of experience with AutoCAD 2010 or higher; 2+ years with Microvellum.
• Preferred: experience with building millwork/casework products.
• Preferred: experience with Innergy.
• Preferred: experience with BlueBeam or similar PDF software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop engineering team members with performance feedback.
• Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding of engineering staff.
• Assist Director of Project Delivery in scheduling and prioritizing work.
