Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide fabrication.
Set up and operate welding equipment for high-quality MIG welding.
Perform welding, fitting, tacking, grinding, and finishing of metal components.
Verify dimensions using measuring tools to ensure precision.
Support continuous improvement and uphold safe work practices.
Mentor junior welders and collaborate with engineering, assembly, and finishing teams to meet quality and delivery standards.
