Qualifications

• Active Indiana Department of Education Special Education license.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required for licensure.
• Experience in a middle school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and implement compliant IEPs tailored to each student.
• Deliver differentiated, standards-aligned instruction.
• Lead annual IEP meetings with parents and school personnel.
• Monitor and report progress toward IEP goals with data.
• Mentor and support other special education teachers and staff.
